The country house is situated 3 km from the town of Angra do Heroísmo. Praia da Vitória and the harbour are both 25 km from the country house. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. This country house was the first to dedicate itself to tourism in the Azores and is the result of a careful project to convert an old palatial manor house into a tourist facility.
