The tour starts at 10:00 am at the Cooking Studio, with address and directions provided for your convenience. You'll meet your chef guide who will accompany you on a tuk-tuk or car ride (weather-dependent) to the lively Galle Dutch Market. This bustling marketplace is known for its fresh produce and local ingredients, giving you an authentic glimpse into Sri Lankan culinary traditions.
Following the market visit, return to the cooking studio to prepare a delicious meal under the guidance of a skilled chef. You'll learn how to craft an authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry feast, which you'll enjoy at the end of the session. Around 1:00 PM, the experience ends after enjoying the meal you have prepared together.
