Welcome to the mountains and the Ranten Hotell, BW Signature Collection. The area around the hotel offers many paths and minor roads that lead to old hamlets. The terrain around the hotel consists of mountains and forests. Many fishing opportunities exist in the many small mountain lakes and rivers. Embark on a mountain hike on foot, or strap on your skis and take the hiking on the trail right outside the hotel doors. Cross-country skiing or 'in & out', as we like to call it. The ridge is close to the year-round destination Nesfjellet. There are opportunities for alpine skiing, golf, trail biking, and much more. The hotel offers transportation to and from the ski center and other destinations in the area.
