Located in Kaluwamodara which is between Beruwela and Aluthgama, Hotel Nilwala is ideally set along the beautiful Bentota River. The drive from the airport takes about 2 - 2 1/2 hours while the hotel is only a five minute boat ride from the famous Moragalla Beach. Travelling to Aluthgama is quite convenient through the Southern Railway line while the Colombo - Galle main motor way that runs along the coast is the most accessed route.

Hotel Nilwala offers guests 10 well appointed double rooms that are air-conditioned. Most of the rooms boast of providing spectacular views of the Bentota River. In addition there is also an air-conditioned family room and two non air-conditioned rooms offered for guests to choose from. All guestrooms at the hotel are en-suite and include hot water facilities, intercom services, minibar, satellite television facilities and mosquito nets while the family room consists of two apartments that sleep four guests.
