KKG Holiday Resort is manned by the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training SriLanka. This is a very pleasant and recently constructed complex with nicely built one, two and three bedroomed cabins, along with amenities such as Club House, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Tennis Court, Squash Court Gymnasium walking trails etc. It is considered a highly desirable weekend retreat site patronized by locals as well as foreigners.

There are several approaches to Kukuleganga, however the route via Kalutara is considered as the main approach to this location. Being located in the environs of the Sinharaja natural reserve, it has a cool climatic effect with lush green Tea and Rubber estates surrounding the complex. The location being away from the hustle and bustle is ideal for relaxation.

This area belongs to the wet zone in Sri Lanka. It is warm and short rain showers are refreshing. It enjoys a superb Climate with no high temperature and prolonged droughts. Temperatures during a whole year are between 24°C and 32°C. Perhaps it is so fascinating in the morning that it looks like an Italian mountainous village when wrapped by a silky blanket of mist. Drizzling and slight rainfall prevailing on the peaks of mountains are a natural occurrence, thus converting.

It suits your purse very well. In spite of all the facilities offered, the charges, against the accommodations, have been fixed at a very moderate and reasonable sum that would suite the purse of all guests commensurate with dignity. The aforesaid charges are subject to fluctuation Periodically. Concession may be offered for guests coming on non holidays.

Villas in this resort have been categorized into three capacities or types, namely "B" "C" and "A" with a view to permitting guests to determine on their own choices. Phenomena in this deviation are that, space facilities and standards provided within are generated or ascended from "A" to "B"

"A" Type Villas ( Single Bed Roomed Villas )
This air-conditioned and well furnished Single Room villa too has sitting and dining areas and a well equipped Pantry like in the other two types but not equipped with the washing Machine and the Drier. It has a double bed-room. Ideal for 2 adults or honey mooners .

" B "Type Villas (Three Bed Roomed Villas )
This is a much spacious villa with all comforts available. Fully air conditioned and well furnished villa has three bed rooms, sitting and dining areas, pantry with required electrical appliances and cooking utensils, two bath rooms, a Washing Machine and a Drier, Telephone, Television, etc. The bedrooms are provided with double beds. And much suited for 6 adult - guests. However children under twelve years are permitted / tolerated for accompanying their parents. The specialty in B type villa is that your Domestic Helpers too have a small living area in the villa itself with an attached separate bathroom.

" C " Type Villas (Two Bed Roomed Villas )
Fully air conditioned and well furnished villa has two bed rooms, sitting and dining areas, pantry with required electrical appliances and cooking utensils, one bath room with a Washing Machine and a Drier, Telephone and a Television, It has no facility to accommodate your Domestic Help. Suited for four Adult Guests.
