About this experience
Pedal away from Galle on a private, easy 12-kilometre cycling tour that keeps you well off the tourist trail. Your English-speaking local guide leads you along dirt and gravel tracks through lagoon-side landscapes, mangroves, and working villages at a pace that suits you — the full ride typically takes two and a half to three hours. Watch fishermen set crab traps, spot the fauna and flora of the lagoon's edge, and stop to chat with residents going about their day. A bike sized to fit you, a helmet, and water and refreshments are all included.
