Following exactly the same layout as the Nelum Suite, Hibiscus has the added benefit of its own private infinity-edged plunge pool, with exceptional views over the tea estate and Koggalla Lake. The bedroom has a wrought iron four poster bed, with a wide banquette under the window on the end wall, which can be made up into a second bed. The furnishings are another example of an eclectic mixture of contemporary pieces and antiques, the style for which KK has become well known. Three sets of full height french windows open on the south facing verandah and pool, making the room light and airy, and with ample indoor and outdoor seating spaces.

Sharing the garden and the verandah with the Garden Suite, the Tea Suite consists of 2 antique colonial style single size four poster beds which can be converted to a king size when required. The suite also has an outdoor shower in the bathroom and double hand basins. Facilities include Egyptian cotton bed linen, mini bar, complimentary wireless internet, TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities, iPod docking station, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, hot water shower, in-room safe, living room space, laundry and a library of books.

With a selection of antiques and oil paintings and a beautifully painted English 18th century style king size four poster bed, the suite comprises of high ceilings and a wide verandah. The verandah and garden can be shared with the Tea Suite while the bathroom has double basins and an outdoor shower. Kahanda Kanda which is also known as KK among the locals is located in the village of Kahanda within the boundaries of a working tea estate which overlooks the beautiful Koggala Lake. Major industries in the village include rice farms and tea estates. Getting to the South of the island is convenient with many routes available. The main Colombo - Galle coastal road, the Southern Expressway and the Southern Railway Line are convenient routes while taxi and air taxi services are available to the South and Koggala from the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake.
