» Location

Hotel Thilanka is situated 100 km away from the international airport, in the Hill capital of Sri Lanka . At present the Bandaranaike International Airport is the only international airport in Sri Lanka ; situated about 30 km north of Colombo . Travel time between the airport and Colombo is about 1 hour. Most international flights arrive early morning or late evening and guests have an option of hiring a vehicle or Air Taxi direct to Hotel Thilanka or stay overnight in Colombo .
The advantage of travelling late evening or early morning is that the roads are much quieter and the drive will take about 2 hours to reach the Hotel.
