Beim Hotel befindet sich ein Wassersportzentrum in dem genügend Boote zur Verfügung stehen, um alle Strände in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Von hier aus starten die Bootsafaris zur Entdeckung der heimischen Tierwelt. Zwei Strände, links und rechts des Bentota Flusses stehen den Gästen des Hotels zur Verfügung. Der Strand am linken Mündungsufer, an dem auch der Bentota Beach-Club liegt, ist ein reiner Badestrand. Der Strand am rechten Ufer, an dem die großen Hotels liegen, ist besonders für shopping geeignet. Die Mündung des Bentota Flusses bildet die ganzjährige Wassersportbasis.
